Peles National Museum does not manage parking for visitors.
Pets are not allowed in the museum.
The entrance fee is individually; no group discounts are given.
Entrance fees are in accordance with Order No. 2636/14.02.2022 of the Ministry of Culture.
The reduced fee is granted based on supporting documents (student card, pupil's ID card, pension coupon, ID card, passport, etc.)
 To benefit from the discount applied to visiting tickets, seniors (65+) are asked to present an identity document (ID, passport) in which the CNP should be mentioned.
Young cardholders Euros <26 benefits from a 75% discount on the prices of all ticket categories, according to provision number 3923/28.06.2005 of the Ministry of Culture.
Optional Tour I includes the ground floor and the first floor.
Optional Tour II  includes the ground floor, first floor and second floor.
Tickets can be purchased online, from www.bilete.peles.ro, or from the ticket offices inside the two castles.
The ticket must be kept by visitors for the entire duration of the visit.
Tickets can be paid for in cash or by bank card.
The tax invoice is issued on the day of the visit and payment is made by cash or bank card. The Peleș National Museum does not assume responsibility for failure to comply with the visiting schedule, so the value of a visit not made cannot be reimbursed.
Please keep the receipt issued by the POS and check the accuracy of the amount entered, as any error can only be corrected on the day the bank transaction was made.
