Competition for the permanent occupation of a technician position 1A/M (SSM-SU department)

Pursuant to the provisions of Government Decision no. 1336/2022 for the approval of the Framework Regulation on the organization and career development of contractual personnel in the budgetary sector paid from public funds. The Peleș National Museum organizes between November 21 and December 27, 2022, at its headquarters in Sinaia, Peleșului Street no. 2, a competition for the filling of a vacant, full-time, permanent contractual execution position of TECHNICIAN IA/M (COR Code 325721) within the SSM-Emergency Situations Department;
General conditions of participation:
a) has Romanian citizenship or the citizenship of another European Union state, of a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA) or the citizenship of the Swiss Confederation;
b) knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;
c) has work capacity in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 53/2003 - Labor Code, republished, with subsequent amendments and supplements;
d) has a state of health appropriate to the position for which he/she is applying, certified on the basis of a medical certificate issued by the family doctor or by the authorized health units;
e) meets the requirements of education, seniority in the specialty and, as the case may be, other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition;
f) has not been definitively convicted of committing a crime against national security, against authority, against humanity, corruption or official offenses, crimes of forgery or against the administration of justice, crimes committed intentionally, which would make a candidate for the position incompatible with the exercise of the contractual function, except in the case where rehabilitation has occurred;
g) does not serve a complementary sentence by which he was prohibited from exercising the right to hold a position, to practice the profession or job or to carry out the activity used to commit the crime or the security measure of prohibiting him from holding a position or practicing a profession was not taken against him;
h) has not committed the offenses provided for in art. 1 paragraph (2) of Law 118/2019 on the National Automated Registry of Persons Who Have Committed Sexual Offenses, Exploitation of Persons or Minors, as well as for supplementing Law no. 76/2008 on the organization and functioning of the National System of Judicial Genetic Data, with subsequent amendments and completions, for the areas provided for in art. 35 paragraph (1) letter h).
Specific conditions of participation:
– Education level – high school diploma;
– Certificate of completion of the Inspector course in the field of occupational safety and health;
– Certificate of completion of the Technical Staff course with responsibilities in the field of fire prevention and extinguishing;
– Work experience: minimum 6 years and 6 months;
– Experience in the field of SSM-SU: minimum 3 years;
– PC operating skills (word, excel). Will be verified during the interview.
Documents required to register for the competition:
a) competition registration form (attached form);
b) copy of the identity card or any other document attesting identity, according to the law, within its validity period;
c) copy of the marriage certificate or other document through which the name change was made, as the case may be;
d) copies of documents attesting the level of studies and other documents attesting to the completion of specializations, as well as copies of documents attesting to the fulfillment of the specific conditions of the position;
e) copy of the employment record, of the certificate issued by the employer for the period worked, attesting to the length of service and the specialty of studies required for the position;
f) criminal record certificate or a declaration on his/her own responsibility that he/she has no criminal record (the candidate declared admitted to the selection of files, who submitted a declaration on his/her own responsibility upon registration that he/she has no criminal record, is obliged to complete the competition file with the original criminal record, no later than the date of the first test of the competition);
g) medical certificate attesting to the candidate's good health, issued by the candidate's family doctor or by the authorized health units no more than 6 months prior to the competition. The certificate attesting to the candidate's good health clearly contains the number, date, name of the issuer and his/her capacity, in the standard format established by the Ministry of Health;
h) curriculum vitae, common European model.
The documents provided for in letters b) – e) will also be presented in original in order to verify the conformity of the copies with them.
Note! The criminal record extract is requested by the Human Resources Department of the Peleș National Museum, based on the candidate's express consent, expressed through the competition registration form. In the absence of express consent, the candidate will submit the criminal record certificate to the recruitment file, within the validity period.The competition will take place in three successive stages, as follows:
– the selection of application files will take place on December 12, 2022;
– the written test will take place on December 16, 2022, at 11:00 am;
– the interview will take place on December 21, 2022, at 11:00 am.
