Sound event at Peles Castle

The 10th edition of the “Sound of Music” season at Peleș Castle, organized by the Peleș National Museum and the Union of Interpretive Creation of Musicians from Romania, offers lovers of quality music the exceptional recital of The “Caudella” Piano Quartet.

The event will take place Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 4 pm, in the castle's music hall.

The “Caudella” Piano Quartet is a laureate of the "Road to Celebrity" Competition (2016) and will present to lovers of the art of sound two Mozartian creations of great difficulty, but also spectacularity.

The “Caudella” Piano Quartet is an exceptional ensemble, formed in the class of maestro Constantin Stanciu, from the “George Enescu” University of Arts in Iasi and which has won the laurels of several competitions. Violinist Ana-Maria Fotache, the violist Loredana Apetrei, the cellist Florin Burlacu and the pianist Dragos Andrei Cantea, is currently improving his skills in various university centers in Europe: Bolzano, Iași, Oslo, Vienna.

The band's concert activity has so far included participation in the Student Chamber Music Festival in Brașov (December 2015 and 2016), at the ICon Arts Academy in Rome, Italy (August 2016), and being invited to the Tuesday evening season of the "George Enescu" Philharmonic at the Romanian Athenaeum in Bucharest (December 2016).
