Also, a novelty of this tour is <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The cycle of three songs<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> on lyrics by Noemi Marin for<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">voice, cello and piano specially composed by musician Vlad Maistorovici. Through his generous gestures of support<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">e the young musicians of his time, through awards, promotion, mentoring and even financial aid for those in need, George Enescu is a model for us and also an inspiration for this project. The project focuses on the younger generation, especially the one in the musical field, being a project that brings together young Romanian musicians, already with an international career and who bring a manifesto for the even younger generation of musicians in Romania, also aspiring to an international career. This pro<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">iect is the result of research by soprano Rodica Vic\u0103 carried out in libraries and archives in Bucharest and Vienna. The project promotes an eclectic repertoire, including the youthful works of Romanian composers presented in new arrangements for two voices, cello and piano. Also, violinist and composer Vlad Maistorovici created <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s13\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The cycle of three songs<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s14\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> on lyrics by Noemi Marin <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">for voice, piano and cello, a cycle that will be presented in its national premiere during the tour. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s29\"><span class=\"s27\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">About the country<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s27\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">you know:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s20\"><span class=\"s12\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">RODICA VICA<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">\u00a0is an exceptional soprano, appreciated for the expressiveness and versatility of her voice, being considered one of the most promising artists of her generation. She debuted on the stage of the Bucharest National Opera in 2010, performing leading roles in landmark operas such as the Queen of the Night in The Magic Flute and Donna Anna in Don Giovanni by WA Mozart, Rita by G. Donizetti, Rosina in The Barber of Seville by G. Rossini and Alcina by G. Fr. Haendel. From Monday<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">the end of his career,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Rodica<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Vic\u0103 has won numerous awards at prestigious competitions, including the First Prize at the International Baroque Music Competition &quot;La Stravaganza&quot; in Cluj-Napoca, the Second Prize at the Romanian Radio Competition &quot;The Road to Fame&quot; and the Award for the best musical interpretation within the &quot;Ion Dacian&quot; Trophy for young performers. The soprano&#039;s artistic activity includes collaborations with important orchestras and philharmonics both from Romania and abroad.
