27.10.2017 Considering the provisions of art. 212, paragraph 1, letter a. of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, the award procedure is cancelled.
ART. 212 (1) The contracting authority is obliged to cancel the procedure for awarding the public procurement contract/framework agreement in the following cases:
a) if no tender/request to participate has been submitted or if no admissible tender has been submitted;
